Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Innocre Telehealth accessible and usable for everyone.

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

Our Commitment

InnoCre is committed to ensuring that our website and telehealth services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to quality healthcare, and we continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our platform.

Conformance Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represent the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility. While we strive for full conformance, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are continuously working to improve.

What We Have Done

We have taken the following steps to make our website and services more accessible:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML structure with meaningful headings, landmarks, and elements to help assistive technologies understand and navigate our content.
  • Alternative text: Images on our site include descriptive alternative text so screen readers can convey the content and function of visual elements.
  • Keyboard navigation: Our website can be navigated using a keyboard alone. Interactive elements such as links, buttons, and form fields are accessible via the Tab key and can be activated with Enter or Space.
  • Color contrast: We have designed our site with sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
  • Screen reader support: We use ARIA labels and roles where appropriate to enhance compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Responsive design: Our website adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels, supporting users who need to enlarge text or use mobile devices.
  • Clear language: We write our content in plain, straightforward language to make it understandable for the widest possible audience.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to remediate these documents.
  • Certain interactive features or dynamic content may have limited compatibility with some assistive technologies.
  • Video content, where present, may not always include captions or audio descriptions. We are working to add these where applicable.

We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues and welcome your feedback to help us improve.

Third-Party Content

Our website integrates with third-party services, including the CharmTracker patient portal. While we strive to select accessible third-party tools, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or platforms operated by other organizations. If you experience accessibility issues with our patient portal or any third-party component, please let us know and we will work with the vendor to seek a resolution or provide an alternative means of access.
