Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear and fair policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your telehealth appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled visit time. Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full visit cost. We make exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
3. No-Shows
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will be charged the full visit fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future visits.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 4 hours before your scheduled visit. To reschedule, email atulsv@innocre.org or call (844) 836-2669.
5. Refund Policy
- If a visit is cancelled by Innocre (e.g., provider unavailability or technical issues on our end), you will receive a full refund
- If a visit is completed but you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your concern and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate
- Refunds for prescriptions, lab orders, or services already rendered are generally not available
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
6. Billing
Innocre is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. For billing inquiries, email atulsv@innocre.org.
