Subscription Policy

Billing, cancellation, and refund details for the Established Patient Subscription plan.

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

1. What the Subscription Includes

The Established Patient Subscription is a monthly membership plan for returning patients who want ongoing virtual care. Subscribers receive:

  • Priority scheduling for telehealth appointments
  • Reduced visit fees compared to standard pricing
  • Ongoing care management and follow-ups
  • Prescription refills and medication adjustments
  • Direct messaging with your provider between visits

2. Billing Cycle

Your subscription is billed on a monthly cycle. The first charge occurs on the date you subscribe, and subsequent charges occur on the same date each month. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), the charge will process on the last day of that month.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until that date.

4. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel before using any subscription benefits during the current billing cycle, you may request a full refund for that period
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds for services already rendered (completed visits, prescriptions, lab orders) are not available
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this subscription policy from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
